You’re probably not a fan of professional wrestling, but if you are then you’re familiar with The Rock. I recently stumbled upon a Yahoo! article summarizing The Rock’s diet. It got me to thinking, what about his workout?
Here it is with two diets, one for weight gaining and another for cutting.
What might catch your attention is the amount of cod in this guy’s diet. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was known only as a wrestler a little more than a decade ago before transitioning to movies. He’s slowly got back into the wrestling business and, thus, built his body back up, too. Of course, that’s not to say he didn’t always had an impressive physique. The diet itself is quite interesting, allows for a cheat day and, as you might see with many workout diets, specifies at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
